Damon J. Brockenberry has been selling Real Estate for almost 10 years. He was born and raised in the Columbia Height/Petworth sections of Washington, DC. After graduating from Theodore Roosevelt High School he then went south to the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He survived Hurricane Andrew. In 2002, he gained custody of one of his daughters. Being a single Dad has helped Damon relate more closely to the needs of a homeowner. At one point he worked three jobs at the same time while raising his daughter (he has a total of four children.) Damon’s work ethnic is unmatched. He goes above and beyond when other agents won’t. He does what other agents do not.

In fact, he has saved several people from foreclosures and short sales. He found homes for people in desperate situations and has even slashed his commission several times just to make the deal work at closing for the sellers and buyers. His heart is pure as gold and he really gets a thrill out of watching people achieve the American dream. On top of that, he sells houses rather quickly and can help you find one even quicker.
